For our Swiss-made mechanical models, we cover all US import-related charges.

For an order containing only quartz watches, whether one watch or several, you may pay the charges directly or choose to have us cover all import-related charges for a maximum total contribution of $50 per order.

When an order includes a mechanical watch, we also cover all import-related charges for any quartz watch purchased in the same order, with no separate contribution.

But that’s not all – every watch also comes with an additional Category 2 strap free of charge, subject to strap availability. After you place the order, we will contact you so you can choose it from the available Category 2 straps.

Quartz-only orders – optional coverage for $50 per order

For an order containing only quartz watches, whether one watch or several, you have two options.

You may pay the import-related charges directly when requested by the carrier.

Alternatively, you may choose to have us cover all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, carrier handling, and other import-related charges for a maximum contribution of $50 per order.

After you place the order, we will contact you with the applicable conditions and payment details. You can then decide whether to add the optional coverage. Your original watch order is not conditional on choosing it.

If you choose the coverage, the contribution will be paid separately by domestic US bank transfer.

In the unfortunately unlikely event that the actual import-related charges are lower than $50, we will refund the unused amount.

The fine print about returns

The regular return conditions in our Terms of Service apply.

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, you are responsible for all actual, non-refundable import-related charges paid by us for the order.

For a mechanical-watch order, those charges will be deducted from the refund. This also applies to import-related charges paid by us for any quartz watch included in the same order.

For a quartz-only order where you selected the optional import-cost coverage, we will apply your contribution toward the actual import-related charges and deduct any amount above the contribution from the refund. Any part of the contribution not used for those charges will be refunded.

Any free additional strap supplied with a returned watch forms part of the order and should be returned with that watch.

These offer-related deductions do not apply where the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or from an error on our side.

This offer is available for orders delivered to the United States and may be withdrawn or changed for future orders at any time.

This offer cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotional conditions.
