REFUND POLICY
Our complete rules concerning cancellations, statutory withdrawals, voluntary returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery costs, Import Charges, refused deliveries, and defective or incorrect products are contained in our Terms of Service.
You may submit a cancellation, withdrawal, or return request in any of the following ways:
• through the self-service return or cancellation function in your customer account or order information;
• by sending a free-form email to contact@11i11sa.at that clearly identifies the order and states that you wish to cancel the order, withdraw from the purchase, or return the product; or
• where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies, by completing the optional model withdrawal form included at the end of our Terms of Service and sending it by email or postal mail using the contact details stated there.
You are not required to use the model withdrawal form. A clear free-form statement is sufficient.
Submitting a request does not by itself mean that a refund is immediately due. The applicable conditions, deductions, deadlines, and refund procedure depend on the delivery destination and the reason for the return, as explained in the Terms of Service.
DO NOT SEND A PRODUCT BACK BEFORE RECEIVING RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
After receiving your request, we will provide the correct return address and any applicable shipping and customs instructions. The business addresses shown in our Imprint and Terms of Service are not necessarily return addresses.
